The safety and well-being of our families, colleagues, customers and partners have top priority, which is why we are constantly adapting our hygiene protection concept to current circumstances.
Project work
In our project work, the employee groups remain as identical as possible and are not mixed up with the division of labor.
Home office scheme
To maintain business operations, our teams work in the home office via remote (VPN) connections so that they do not have to be on site all the time. This is to reduce the risk of an entire team becoming infected.
Employees who are on site in the office adhere to the required safety distance and the hygiene instructions given by the health authorities.
Anyone who has recognized the risk of infection remains in quarantine for at least 14 days and works from the home office.
Safety precautions at our offices
As far as it is necessary to work at our locations, our teams have introduced alternating shifts. The aim is to reduce the number of people staying at one location and to separate the members of individual teams from one another as much as possible.
Our employees wear mouth and nose protection in the offices, in the hallways and sanitary facilities as well as in the common areas. This is not required at the workplace itself.
Plexiglass protective panes in various areas protect the guests and our team.
Further measures:
All rooms are ventilated as follows, in accordance with the recommendation of the federal government "Ventilation in accordance with infection control" or ASR A3.6:
Offices: burst ventilation every 60 minutes for 5 minutes
Meeting rooms that are used for meeting purposes: Push ventilation every 20 minutes for 5 minutes
Our cleaning intervals for the sanitary facilities, door handles and contact surfaces have been increased, and the corresponding surfaces have been disinfected.
Disinfectants are available in exposed areas in the office.
